With years of butchery experience, having completed his apprenticeship in New Zealand, Kerry continued his trade by moving to Australia from 1977.

With more experience under his belt than the rest of us combined, Kerry’s cut, cooked and eaten everything we sell. As a beef boner (one of the few remaining) he’s equipped with an invaluable insight into the butchery trade, and a wealth of meat knowledge. We are privileged to have Kerry as our instore beef boner with most butchers shops buying in meat already boned and boxed.

His passion for butchery is obvious with Kerry practicing the traditional craft three times a week, along with offering our customers a knife sharpening service.
